Digital Photo Paper – RA4 Process

 

Kull & Company carries both Fuji and Mitsubishi RA4 photo paper for digital printing applications commonly used in modern photo labs.  If you are looking for Ink Jet photo paper see separate listing under that name.

 

Fuji: Premium digital photo papers are available from Fuji Film in both cut sheet and roll paper.  Most of these papers can be exposed either by digital means or by traditional analog or optical methods.  All of Fuji’s papers are of the Crystal Archive type, known for it’s excellent dye stability.  Please look in the Photo Paper & Chem. section in the Fuji Paper drop down menu.  Below is a list of digital paper types.

 

Type 1: is a paper for general digital printing of consumer images.

                     Available in rolls from 3.5” up to 12” wide, in glossy,

                     lustre & matte surfaces.

 

Type CD: Is a high contrast paper for commercial printing and other

                     applications. Available in rolls from 4” up to 60” wide in

                     glossy & matte, and cut sheets from 8x10 to 30x40

                     inches, in glossy lustre and matte.

 

Type PD: Is the digital portrait paper with “Professional” back print. It

                     is available in rolls from 3.5” up to 50” wide, primarily in

                     the luster surface, and a few sizes in matte. This paper is

                     for digital exposure only.

 

Fujiflex: Super glossy prints, on a plastic polyester base, for both

                     digital and conventional printing. Available in rolls from 8”

                     to 50” wide, and cut sheets from 8x10 to 30x40”.

 

Fujitrans: For backlit displays on a polyester base. Available in rolls

                     from 11” to 50” wide, and cut sheets from 8x10 to

                     20x24”.

 

Fujiclear: For backlit displays on a clear polyester base. Available in

                     rolls 30, 40 & 50 inches wide.

 

Mitsubishi: Several excellent digital photo papers are available from

                     Mitsubishi. These papers Have been specifically

                     designed for the latest generation of todays digital

                     exposure Systems.

 

Type SA-D:  Is a high quality digital paper available in rolls from 4” to

                     20” wide in glossy, lustre, and matte surfaces. This is a

                     non-watermarked paper, with the exception of the luster

                     surface which is also available with a professional

                     copyright protection watermark. The copyright watermark

                     must be specified when ordering.

 

Type SA-Pro-H: Is a high contrast paper for wide format

                     applications, non-watermarked, available in Glossy and

                     matte, in 30, 40 & 50” rolls. Can also be printed optically.
